How do you write and publish your own ebook?

I have so many ideas I think would be perfect for a book but I feel intimidated by trying to get an agent and publisher. Someone told me about ebooks and it sounds good but where do I start? How do I learn about writing and publishing my own ebook?
I have an Ipod shuffle and put a 4 hour ebook on it. How can I break it into tracks to avoid ong fastforward?

I have to hold down the next button for 10 or more minutes. Can the ebook be broken into tracks and/or if there a faster way to fast foward.

I normally never ask questions on here, but with all the talk of the September list I figured I might aswell ask opinions on my BW deck I plan running after the list is released.
Keep in mind I made this deck assuming that the ban list on the internet is true(e.g. Gale being limited, DSF banned, ect.).

I know this isn’t the best deck, but just like everyone else I’m sure, my deck is taking a big hit with this new list. Also I’ve considered using the new Blackwings from Ancient Prophecy, but they don’t really appeal to me.

I have recently been looking at the “Doc Loves The System” which is somewhat pricey at $99.00. Im looking for a book or ebook that helps men with techniques on attracting women and strengthening their confidence. If anyone has read any books out their that have been successful for them please let me know and share you thoughts about them.
