how I cancel asubscription to foreclosure fortunes E book?

I subscribed to see foreclosed listings in my area and it also subscribed me to something like foreclosure fortunes e book and it said you have 14 days to cancel and u will not be charged but i can not find it to cancel it.

How can I create a graphic image to sell an e-book? ?

I see that other people selling e-books have images of a book, even though there is no actual physical book. It is electronic. How do they create a graphic image that looks like a real book with the name of their e-book on it and some artistic design?
