Are there other web sites where you can post documents and eBooks?

I know about the web sites SCRIBD and ISSUU, but are there any other sites where people can “publish” documents and ebooks for the public to view and/or download?

Googledocs has limited publishing capabilities.
Geocities, of course, allows you to publish most anything legal, but you have to figure out how to advertise it if you want other people to find it.
