Can you read ebooks on the blackberry curve 8330 from Spring?

It seems like the perfect phone for me, but that could be the deal breaker.
I meant Sprint. Or is the Palm Centro a better option?

Yes. You’ll need to get the right app for it–reviews say Mobipocket’s software works (and Mobi is one of the most common ebook formats, and it has free software to convert most other filetypes).
Mobi software:
Barnes & Noble has an app for eReader format that works on most mobile phones.
BN eReader software:
Both of those formats have lots of ebook stores that sell those books, and there are also a lot of free ebooks for them.
