Can a Facebook page creator be removed as an admin without killing the Facebook page?

I work for a software company, and we have our own “page” on Facebook. The person who used to do my job has left the company, but still exists as the “creator” of my Facebook page. If I have this person remove herself as the creator (we have other people assigned as admins, including me), will this kill the Facebook page? Or is it safe to have her remove herself?

There is some facebook user who is a creator of a group of Facebook.. I requested to add him but he denied so I have blocked his name.. I could visit his group few days after I blocked him but now I can’t visit his group.. Have he blocked me in his group ?

I know that the creator of a Facebook group is automatically an admin, and s/he can appoint other members as admins too who will be able to do what s/he can do. Now, for example, will any of these new admins be able to remove the group creator from her/his own group and then become a new owner/creator?
