I’m looking to edit and publish some ebooks, but I want to be the sole owner of this content…I don’t want ten other people selling the same book. Is there a name for these rights? I’m very confused by private resale rights, master resale rights, etc.
Also, any recommendations on where to find ebooks with these rights available would be appreciated. Thanks!

Is there some kind of max for affiliate links in a ClickBank ebook? To tell you the truth I can’t find anything on it and I have no idea how ClickBank feels about affiliate links within ebooks at all. Thanks.

I know there are companies such as Commission Junction, Amazon etc that provide affiliate programs that will allow you to sell eBooks. However are there publishing companies that you can deal with directly so that you can obtain their ebook product inventory to sell?

I recently bought an ebook that just contained more ads then content and I wanted to request a refund. The website taht i bought it from said i needed to test all “tactics” first before i could get one but I think this is in violation of US law. Am i right?
