Do that creator of a group in Facebook block me from visiting his group ?

There is some facebook user who is a creator of a group of Facebook.. I requested to add him but he denied so I have blocked his name.. I could visit his group few days after I blocked him but now I can’t visit his group.. Have he blocked me in his group ?
