Is there a free way to create an ebook online?

I want to write an ebook but I don’t know a way about publishing it, I would love it if it was free or took little money. Any suggestions!

    Did you want your book to be FREE? If so, just POST the chapters in a BLOG.

    But if you want to make a little money with a hard copy book, try Publish America
