Is there any way to open a Word or PDF file on a cell phone? I want to use my phone for a e-book reader?

I have a Sony Ericcson w300i and I would like to be able to use it as an e-book reader if possibe. I would even be open to buying software if it’s available but would prefer free. Thanks!

Typically PDA style cellular phones are capable of this feature, and typically requires the purchase of a 3rd party application. Your phone will likely not support this feature as it is basically a straight cellular phone, and not a PDA style phone like a Treo or BlackBerry.
My BlackBerry’s will support this feature with the purchase of a 3rd Party app.
