acroreader won’t let me put pdf’s to my palm z22?

I’ve uploaded acroreader for palm os (latest version) When I right click the ebook i want to put on my palm i get an error ” you can’t upload copyrighted material” I’m also an Author, and I need to know how to turn my ms word 2000 file into a mobipocket PRC file; how do I do this?
