How do you download an E-Book for the new NOOK reader by Barnes and Nobles?

Hello All,
I have an E-book that i have published on different forums (such as Amazon, Lulu, etc). I wanted to know how I can publish my e-book so that NOOK readers can purchase and download?

Does anyone have any ideas or can point me in the right direction?
