Does the Spore Galactic Edition include the Creature Creator?

I know it includes the Spore game, and a poster, 2 DVDs and 2 Books, but does it include the creature creator too?
Also, two of my friends got the Spore Galactic Edition and have the creature creator as well and said nothing about having to buy that separately, but loads of websites say nothing about including it. So does it have the creature creator too or not?
Does the in-built creature editor in just the Spore game look the same as the Creature Creator editor?

Is the buzzing noise in spore creature creator also in spore?

I have downloaded the spore creature creator and I am having the problem where there is a loud buzzing noise when playtesting the creatures. I want to know from somebody who had this problem in creature creator and then bought spore. Does the buzzing noise also exist in spore, or is it just a creature creator bug?
Please dont answer if you aren’t even aware of a problem many are having. I didn’t ask how to solve the problem, I asked if it persisted in the spore game. Only answer if you have had the problem please.
Are the system requirements of the actual Spore game much different from the Creature Creator?
