What is the best ebook reader for PDF documents?

I want to buy an ebook reader. Most of the books that I have are in PDF.

    Get an iPad, it has lots of pdf software on the app store and loads of functionality besides being an ebook reader.

    It is definitely the Amazon Kindle, especially with its coming release of update on PDF handling feature. It adds in zoom and pan for PDF documents:

    Must be the Kindle if it is for reading documents. Screen of iPad is backlight so it is no good for reading. It is said to harm our eyes if we read for long hours with it. See an article here related to this:
