What program do I need for e-book to make money?

I know I would need my own web-site…which I need no help with. but what kind of program do I need to have on that web site to collect the money before opening the e-book and then have the capability to have chapters…in other words people would be able to click on a chapter and it will open the first page of that chapter

    You can use PayPal, see the paypal developer site.
    And/or you can put your ebooks on eBay… There are options for selling files.
