Where can i find a monster creator or some creature maker?

I need to find a very high detail monster creator, i need to make a 3d monster for an english project and i cant find anything. I have already tried spore but still its not what iam looking for. Please help.

nothing specific, you may have use 3d software, and without presets, would take a long time, you may be better to sketch some ideas, make clay model in general then photo and scan, and map into 3d program, there are also various 3d game engines,
