I have been using my myspace blog to post a book in serial form for over a year now. It’s fun, easy, free!, and a great way to get some people exposed to your writing. Plus there is no better feeling than having people write you messages because they can’t wait to see what will happen next.
Have fun, keep writing.

its a complicated process, but i know people who’ve used cafepress and said good things about it. the books turn out pretty good if you do it right. and i think you can call them if you need people to help you.

I’ve been using since 2004 to publish a number of books. Their product is very good. It’s also free, if you sign up for a free shop.
You have to do all the work which means designing a front and back cover and the spine. Each are uploaded as .jpg files (cannot be more than 300 dpi). The insides of the book must be .pdf documents which must be sized to match the book sizes available at CafePress.com.
If you go through the trouble of getting ISBN numbers, these books are good enough to sell on Amazon.com.
