Why won’t my files convert?

Hello Everyone,
I purchased the Zune Ebook Creator by Roversoft.
I like the software alot.
I recently bought a new computer and whenever I try to use the software it won’t work on this new computer.
I contacted the publisher he tried to help, but could not resolve it.
I sent him a file, he converted and sent it back to me just fine
Whenever I try to convert the pdf to a jpeg file it says “incorrect pdf file”
I don’t know if it has something to do with the settings on my new computer or what.
